Uyumsoft does not content itself only with configuring the information systems of its customers with the information solution its produces, it also adopts it a key business execution strategy to deliver the necessary academic support, in addition to the occupational and personal training. So, it founded Uyum Academy in order to meet such needs. Uyum Academy is a corporate organisation established in an attempt to carry out the activities such as research, scientific activity, workshop, focus group, technology monitoring, project platforms, on the job projects, process design and management, search conferences, certification works, etc. it deems necessary and particularly to meet the training needs of Uyumsoft employees, Uyumsoft‚Äôs solution partners and clients.
A pool of academic experts was also established at Uyum Academy, with a view to creating the academic and specialty support that its solution partners and clients mihght need. This pool is continuously improved and enriched in a way to contain specialty information in many more fields. With this work, the clients will be able to get in touch directly with the academics who can carry out the works such as academic supports, consultancy, asking for opinions, getting information, asking for reports, etc. in the fields that they will need. Uyum Academy encourages the universities and students to use the products of Uyumsoft as classroom materials, by signing a protocol with a number of universities (Yildiz Technical University, Marmara University, Istanbul University, Istanbul Aydin University, Karabuk University, Iskenderun University, Sinop University, etc.) along with the academic studies. Uyum Academy founded an apprenticeship school in order to coordinate and manage the apprenticeships of the students who wish to go on apprenticeship training at either Uyumsoft or its solution partners or its clients. Therefore, it supports the applicants, to find appropriate apprentices; and prepare and manage the apprenticeship programs. It monitors the apprentices and checks how they get along with the studies.
It monitors the apprentices closely, performs a measurement when they begin the apprenticeship and forms an idea on how the student uses the apprenticeship opportunity by repeating that measurement once the apprenticeship is completed.
It forwards the apprentices who are highly skilled and promising, to its clients for evaluation.
Thus, it fulfils the following tasks for both its employees and its clients;
Carry out the self-assessment of the organisations and identify the areas of improvement,
Measure the intellectual capitals of the organisations and get them to focus on appropriate points,
Coordinate and/or manage the improvement projects,
Create the pool of experts that could provide academic support in order to improve the business processes,
Create the pools of training/seminar/workshop in order to provide the training courses (face to face and/or online) so that the employees can work more efficiently and productively in a way to support the strategical objectives within the organisation,
Launch the systems that will enable the production and use of the corporate information,
Enable that the corporate information is stored,
Improve and increase the corporate skills (for both the systems and the employees)
Establish innovative collaborations with the business world,
Follow up the innovation in the sector (Technology follow-up reports),
Design, manage and coordinate R&D projects inside and outside the organisation,
Create project banks in which all sorts of ideas can be assessed and make them available to the clients,
Promote the recruitment of human resources; carry out relevant skills tests and manage the knowledge and experience assessments,
Announce the news and developments to the employees,
Carry out the induction programs for the newly recruited employees,
Coordinate and manage the apprenticeships of the students willing to go on an apprenticeship training at Uyumsoft,
Support the product promotion programs and share the videos and presentations,
Uyumsoft carry on supporting its solution partners and clients, thanks to the academic studies in subjects, such as sector analyses, customer satisfaction surveys, structuring of solution partners, etc.
